Glenside patients from the Hospital behavioural and rehabilitation units, together with service users from several of the different nursing homes
enjoyed the tastes of India with an evening inspired by Indian cuisine, supported by staff and activity coordinators.
The food, prepared by the on-site catering team, included chicken and beef madras curries, vegetable curry, as well as poppadums, onion bhaji, samosas and mango chutney.
The mood was very jovial and one service user who attended said, “It was great, nice to see everyone having a good time and I loved the music.”
